[Everything doTERRA] Re: Touching Oil Tops

I was told about one way to test purity of oils was to put a drop on a sheet of clean white paper.  Llet it dry to see if there is any residue or ring around the edges of where the oil dried.  In order for this to be a true test I found that the oil top needs to be free from being touched.  Even though I don't worry about really contaminating the oil if I touch the top I know there is some residue left behind.  If I want to do that test I use a new bottle. =)  Note: Balance and TerraShield don't work well because they have FCO in them.

Then I use the oils, sometimes I just touch the top or sides in order to avoid wasting by pouring out too much, especially if I am dealing w/ putting oregano on a mole, etc.

Does anyone think this is a problem since I might be contaminating the top?

Thanks
