Re: [Everything doTERRA] Which oil to take place of Miralax?

The DigestZen would be good rubbed on the bowel area in a clock wise rub.
Last year we had to take my grandson to a specialist because we could not get
him regular, he suggested the miralax and then said when he sits on the stool to
get him a step stool that he can put his feet on so his legs are lifted almost horizontal.
It helps to release the material and makes it easier for him to eliminate. And it worked,
except we did not use miralax we used the DZ topically and 2-3 drops in a swig of juice,
twice daily.
He has not had to use anything for the past 6 months.

My 5 year old son has been taking Miralax and I really would like to
keep him away from it and just use the oil. I tried DigestZen earlier
but it didn't seem to help my son or is it because I'm not putting on
enough? I applied it twice a day. Which oil or how often can I apply
on my son so he can go regularly or everyday instead of every two or
three days?  Thanks for your time to read this! :)
