Re: [Everything doTERRA] torn cartilage

If they are not into nature and healing alternative then I would imagine they would
not want to muscle test her? That would be the best way to determine the oils to use.
I would suggest Frankincense, Helichrysum and Lemongrass topped with peppermint and
a hot moist towel, at least twice a day.
The Frankincense to keep down the inflammation the Helichrysum to restore nerve and tissue
damage and the Lemongrass to heal tendons and ligamonts.

I've got a 17yr old who's dr. believes she has torn the cartilage in
her knee. She is a ballerina and everyone is very emotional and
believes she has blown her career. The Doc is pushing surgery.
Lemongrass and Deep Blue come to mind. What I'm not sure about is the
time frame for healing. They are hesitatingly willing to try oils
before surgery, but they want to know when they should see results.
They aren't demanding complete healing instantly, but they are very
concerned about doing what is best and have zero experience with
anything other than allopathic medicine. I know everybody is
different, so there isn't one answer, but when would you expect to
begin seeing results? I'm grateful to be able to give them another
option, whatever they chose. Thanks!
