I need to take it and I can't swollow pills. I can't imagine how it would taste in apple sauce. I was rubbing it on my feet but that is a mess and I smell bad! I am not so sure I get all the benefits putting it on my feet. Someone give me an oil answer to be able to swallow pills. I have tried everything! I have a major gag reflex! I put the others in my smoothie but i will not ruin my smoothie with fish taste!
