I have had the same trouble. When I tried to reach myoilbusiness I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I have two of 4 not working and I am not very happy with that situation. Currently I can not use them incentives. Does anyone have any more ideas of what to do with them?

I was not impressed at all with the customer service. I emailed, and spoke with a person (after calling 3 times) & still wasn't satisfied with theirsolution - was told that is the best they could do. ugh
