I do mean neat and you can take Melissa in a capsule (5 drops) or put one drop OnGuard and one drop Melissa on your thumb and press to the roof of your mouth.
Do twice a day and then when the shingles are gone use for 5 more days.

internal treatment to kill the virus?

Can you please recommend a spray apparatus? I've never seen one for an
oil bottle.
