I think Pat meant that shipping wise. That you don't have all the oils and supplies as if you were a shipping warehouse, so the most simple way to get it there the quickest is to send it retail from doTerra (as they are the most quickly shipped orders) and then you can send her free oil yourself when that doesn't need to be there so fast.
