I have POTS most likely from being over vaccinated. I am doing the Zendocrine cleanse now and that seems to help. I really think drinking coconut water is important for POTS. We need lots of water, but electrolytes are even better. I'm going to start a very serious regimen in an attempt to get off my meds. I read that Rosemary is good for low bp. Raising the bp in people with POTS can help bring the heart rate down (at least that's what my meds do). I also changed my BP about 20 points with Cypress applied to the back of my neck 1-2 times a day. I am now almost 'fully functioning'. I can run again and I rode my bike 15 mi the other day and I can once again do inversions in yoga. Keep in mind I used to be bedridden for years because of my POTS.
POTS is an autonomic dysfunction, so oils that act on the autonomic nervous system are good. I hope you find success. I will keep you updated on my progress and what oils I am using. I will probably continue with Cypress and ingest Lemon and Rosemary myself. The others look like good suggestions too.
