I used Slim and Sassy (probably the most in one day was around 10 drops) and it never affected my milk supply...of course neither did using pepperment whenever I wanted (for headaches, etc)  I think the citrus oils (like lemon) the help your body to detoxify are fine as long as they are not in huge amounts that would release more toxins than your body could flush out through a normal day.
