Nerve pain is the worst! Can you get to an acupuncturist? Or Google acupressure charts and find the spots you need to anesthetize it. I have managed to not blow my head off by doing accupressure when all the dentists were closed one weekend.  I would try Aromatouch oil if you have it. Could be a bit of jaw misalignment and that may correct it.  I have a small bottle of it with me at all times. On occasions when I don't carry a purse it goes in a pocket.  Love that stuff! I've read here that Balance can also correct misalignments but I'm so hooked on the Aromatouch I've not tried it for that myself. If nothing else you will smell awesome:)
