Do you have Basil with you? Or Immortelle. This may give you the relief you are looking for.

relief. if I push on the soft spot right in front of my ear it helps
for a few minutes.   then it comes back. I'm out of town visiting my
grandkids and this is ruining the visit.  any ideas?
