Thank you sharon, although I think those are good ideas, rarely do I
find someone willing to do that much to start with. they have to be a
die hard "natural" person. This person is new to this and not willing
to do all that. Just want somewhere to start to make a difference.
Maybe in time. I just hope with the weakened colong walls the gx won't
be too harsh for her. I will use these ideas, just don't know if she
will do smoothies, kale, chia, all that stuff. I don't think so. She
just wanted to start with a protocol first, being new to the whole
natural thing. It may take time for the dietary changes to come into
play. Too time consuming and very expensive for some. Thanks so
