I had also gotten some and had problems. The first one worked terrible so returned it. Another one didn't seem to work great but was running at least. I have a couple others I didn't even try them yet. How could a company sell such faulty diffusers.

I was not impressed at all with the customer service. I emailed, and spoke with a person (after calling 3 times) & still wasn't satisfied with their
solution - was told that is the best they could do. ugh
