Same problem here. I got them for a few of my downline. So when they
quit working i have to ship them back for $10. So im losing big time
paying to ship back these defective diffusers. They do not offer
refunds, only replacements. Its very hard to get ahold myoilbusiness
too. Not very good customer service. I think i will stick with amazon
and aromatools.
