[Everything doTERRA] Re: Preferred Members?

It's printed on the Preferred Member Program flyer as:

Preferred Member (PM) Fee:
$10 lifetime membership fee

I have not found anything in print that states otherwise and nowhere
does it state that it is an annual fee of $10.
