[Everything doTERRA] Re: Help! Celiac - like disorder! Can't keep weight on!

I would definitely go slowly. Terrazyme to aid digestion with every
meal, DigestZen for symptom management and PB Assist probiotics to
build intestinal flora everyday. I would also suggest easy to digest
foods that help to alkalize the body. Fresh wheat grass juice is very
alkalizing, but only start with 1 oz at a time maybe a few times per
week. A good green powder drink like Perfect Food by Garden of Life
and green smoothies made with fresh greens like spinach and kale mixed
in a blender. If she needs to add fruit to the green smoothies, use
berries and stevia to sweeten to keep the sugar low. Healthy fats
like cold-pressed coconut oil. If tolerated, I would also do lemon in
the water.

Later down the road I would do the LLV slowly introduced and consider
cleanses once she is feeling better. The body can't begin healing
until she can absorb nutrients so worry about GI health before the
cleanses in my opinion.

Keep us posted on her progress please.
