[Everything doTERRA] Re: 14 yr old daughter with Menstrual Cramps

I was wondering if she takes 1, 2 or 3 capsules with each meal.  I tried the Tzyme, but didn't really notice anything different.  Used it for a month or two until it was gone, but generally only used 1 capsule with each meal.  I didn't check my blood sugars, though.  Maybe it made a difference that I just didn't notice.  I'm not the most observant person in the world.
