My sister is breastfeeding and having horrible allergies. She is
worried about taking the lemon, lavender, peppermint mix because of
how peppermint is known to contribute to lowered milk supply in some
women. Do you think she could still take allergy capsules if she also
takes BASIL capsules since basil is known for increasing milk supply?
Will the basil counteract that downfall of the peppermint?
(in the meantime I've told her to do just lavender, even)
