What would work for an extreme runny nose, like a faucet! He has congestion, cough, no fever. I put eucalyptus on his chest, neck, back of neck and under nose, then breathe the same. He can smell either one! I also gave him allergy shot, 2 capsules. He won't try netti pot, he is 42. It sounds like a sinus infection or cold.
