[Everything doTERRA] Constipation & Anemia in Kids

We just found out that my 3 1/2 yr old daughter is slightly anemic and has chronic constipation.  She is a very picky eater, so I know why she is this way, and we are working on changing it.  ;)

I don't want to give her the milk of magnesia like the dr suggested to ease the constipation.  What else can I do?  The DigestZen doesn't seem to do much for her.  

Is there any oil that will help with the anemia?
