[Everything doTERRA] cleanse & restore kit

I have a new mom who is nursing and would like to try the cleanse &
restore kit. she keeps getting sick and would love to feel better.
would this be safe to use for her and would it effect her milk....also
would the slim and sassy effect her milk?
