AND you have a $100PV LRO. Always keep your LRO at $100PV so you don't miss out.
The Enroller gets the Fast Track and they can move them for 30 days. The sponser gets the uni-level commissions after 60 days (2% for your front line). They count toward power of three as well if they are doing an LRO of $100PV every month. There are some great webinars on this on build doterra.

If you signed them up as enroller why in the world would you only want sponsor? In the beginning you sign them up as both under you. Later you enroll them and put someone under you as a sponsor. You have 30 days to move them under someone else under you.

Because you get the commission. Most people don't want to build (at first, sometimes ever). You need people to buy to make all your bonuses.  I am assuming you only have a frontline?
