Re: [Everything doTERRA] snoring

My husband used to snore like a chainsaw falling down the stairs... and he does have apnea but not the kind that can be helped with a CPAP.  He uses Breathe every night under his nose and his snoring is down to a dull hum.  I can finally sleep!  Can't live without Breathe :)

Try Marjoram in a diffuser or just rubbed on his pillow.

Hi,

Any suggestions for snoring?  My friend doesn't have sleep apnea but
does snore and keeps his long suffering wife awake :)  Thanks!!
