It is two drops each of Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint and if that doesn't work then you substitute the Lavender for Melaleuca. There was something in the air this spring and the original recipe was not working for my husband so I substituted the Melaleuca and he has been fine since.

yes of 2-4 drops of each.  it is really great as a natural antihistamine!  it helps mine a lot if i remember to take it :)

some have gotten rid of allergies all together by taking it over a period of time.
