Thanks for the breakdown. Your friend has a situation that will require a huge change in her health regiment. I am assuming she is on meds for some or all of the conditions. There are many things to consider here also, such as her nutrition, diet, excercize (limited of course) and emotional health.
I would suggest she start the LLV to get her body balanced with proper nutrition. I would also suggest she do it faithfully for a full month before starting a cleanse (which is highly recommended). I would also suggest a few oils for some of the pressing conditions such as:
1. Slim and Sassy twice a day, 5 drops in water each time. This is to balance the adrenals.
2. Frankincense under the tongue, 2-3 drops every morning.
These are just the beginning but if she is willing to start here, we can add as she progresses towards better health. Give you body the correct tools and they can begin the healing process.
Lets see how serious she is.

The most recent criteria for the diagnosis of POEMS syndrome[4] require that all of the following be present:
- polyneuropathy
- a monoclonal plasma-cell proliferative disorder
- one or more of the following major criteria:
- sclerotic bone lesions
- Castleman's disease
- elevated VEGF levels
- one or more of the following minor criteria:

- extravascular volume overload (oedema, pleural effusion or ascites)
