lately I have been using lemon, lavender, peppermint, melaleuca for the itching.  just dilute it and use very little oils

If you want something a little more simple do 1c coconut oil, 4tbsp
almond oil, 1oz bees wax, 15 drops Melaleuca oil and 15 drops of
lavender. I had my friend make this for her LO and it worked great.
