Re: [Everything doTERRA] Oil of the week: Melaleuca

It is my FAV for canker sores.  I hate the ones on the tip of your tongue, and I put a drop of Melaleuca on my finger and held it to my tongue.  It not only felt better, but it was visibly gone in about a half an hour.  Yay Melaleuca!  My yoga studio also uses Melaleuca diluted in a spray bottle with water to disinfect the yoga mats so they are clean and not slippery.

So this post is TMI, but you asked and I gotta tell ya!  Melaleluca is
amazing for yeast infections. I used to get them frequently, and on my
last one which was over a year ago, I soaked a tampon in 1 tbsp of
Fractionated Coconut Oil and 5 drops of Melaleuca and inserted it
overnight. The yeast infection was completely gone. I repeated for 3
or 4 more nights just to be sure. Believe it or not, the Melaleuca was
so soothing and it stopped the itching and burning instantly! I
haven't had one since. :)

We also use Melaleuca for sore throats. We rub a drop of Melaleuca on
the outside of our throat/neck area as often as needed. It usually
only takes two applications and the sore throat is gone. Love
Melaleuca!!
