Re: [Everything doTERRA] cartilage Maintenance

I worked with a chiropractor to help strengthen and retrain my back plus I use LLV and 1/2 dose of Bone supplement. I also have the one leg shorter and used to use a lift.
When my knee hurts I rub a drop of frank on it and then deep blue and the pain goes away. My knee issue is genetic not necessarily damage. One of the bones isn't formed properly which strains the knee. Years and years of competitive volleyball didn't help. I do also follow a no sugar no white carbs diet and I am pain free except if I over do it and am not paying attention.

My question seems similar so if you would not mind throwing in your thoughts I would be grateful

Client with one leg that the tendon did not grow the right length she is in her mid 20’s has had problems since teens it was diagnosed that she grew  to fast

and the tendon in one leg for some reason is two inches too short

Her leg is shorter than the other and it causes her great pain (shoe lifts had done PT and Chiro and Orthopedic Docs for 15 years no real help

Any ideas for actual healing?  She loves deep blue for pain but actual healing of this issue is there a possibility?

Thanks for all your ideas

Ginny, you meant Bone "Nutrient", right?   I'm curious---this question & your response makes me wonder . . . in the last few days, my right knee (I think it's my knee) has started to "click" for lack of a better word.  I am 58, not overweight, think I'm in great health & am wondering what that could be.   (As a side note, for decades my knees would "click" -- don't know if it's the same "clicking" -- sometimes when going up & down stairs.  Don't know if this is related at all.)  I'm already doing the LLV--1/2 dose-- & Bone Nutrient but maybe I should start the frank under the tongue + full LLV dose.  I am only doing 1/2 the Bone Nutrient because someone said that if you're taking the LLV, 1/2 dose of the Bone Nutrient was sufficient.  My knee does not hurt nor does there appear to be inflammation.  Don't know enough about the human body, I guess, to know what might happen if this continues--like "something" could get "looser", etc.    ANY IDEAS ANYONE?  THANK YOU!

I would recommend LLV and Bone Density. I would also put a drop of frankincense under the tongue.

There is no inflammation. We are looking for a way to help maintain healthy cartilage throughout the entire body, not just spot treatment.

Something that will help maintain cartilage can be archive stopping the inflamation, inflamation is tissue damage.

Deep blue, and frankincense are great for inflamation, they have to be taken consistently

My Dad is looking for something that will help maintain cartilage. He is currently taking Glucosamine Chondroitan with MSN for that but is looking for a way that avoids synthetics and supplements that are not in a very body-usable forms. Would LLV help with that? If so, how would it help? My Dad would want me to explain how that supplement would work. If not, I was thinking of recommending daily applications of lemongrass on the bottoms of his feet so it spreads body wide? Thoughts?

Thanks,

Kris
