I would try the mood matrix oils: Balance, Elevation, Serenity and Citrus Bliss. If you wanted to pick one to begin with
I would suggest starting with the Balance, used consistently and aggressively. Dot on your wrists and bottom of your feet
as needed, the same will work for ADHD.
