[Everything doTERRA] Zendocrine - oil or caps?

A client wants to do a cleanse w/weight loss. She tried Slim & Sassy
in her water but doesn't like it so she takes 2 drops of S&S in a shot
glass w/water before every meal. She wants to add Zendocrine to her
"shots" but how much - 1 drop? Would it be better to take the caps &
how much? Thanks!
