[Everything doTERRA] UTI

My friends daughter started out with diarrhea and now is grabbing at her groin area. Mom thinks she may have UTI. She is about 18 months. I looked in my modern essentials but would like more guidance on what to apply where. if anyone has any to offer. Thank you.
