[Everything doTERRA] terrashield photosensitizing

I have had several people ask about the lemon in Terrashield.
support@doterra.com told me no to worry about it because it does not
have that effect but the info on lemon and other citrus oils says to
stay out of the sun. Can anyone explain more to me. Is it that the
lemon in terrashield is diluted enough with the other oils?
