[Everything doTERRA] Rosemary for Alopecia causing a Racing Heart?

My friend is taking Rosemary for alopecia. She was adding it to the
shampoo morning and night but after a few weeks she started waking up
with a racing heart. She does not have high blood pressure. She has
stopped for a while to see if it stops the racing heart. Should she
resume at once a day, a few times a week? Any other suggestions for
alopecia? (PS. she is also taking LLV)
