[Everything doTERRA] Re: samples at fairs/expos/shows

This is from a real newbie with limited experience, but... At a recent health fair major vendors put samples in bags for the first 300 attendees--we used sample cards and the tiny sample bottles of lavender, slim & sassy, AromaTouch, and peppermint (1 sample per bag).  But we were splitting the cost among 3 people!  I found having my samples out to smell was helpful, as well as using the unscented hand lotion so people could try the  oil they liked (I applied lotion and 1 drop of oil to their hands), for some Deep Blue was requested for aches--then just a tiny amount on a finger for them to apply.  Even other IPCs enjoyed smelling oils that they might not have in their own kit.  We also had lots of the general info and 20 ways to use doTERRA brochures.  I found a friendly attitude and willingness to help them find info (we had some books available, several of which sold, BTW) were key, and many people came to our booth after being directed by others, or the scent! ;-)  You'll do great, whatever you do, and next time you'll figure out something to do differently!  Best of luck!  Rebecca

I am preparing to host a doTERRA table at an upcoming expo and am
wondering if anyone has stats on how many samples they gave out (or if
they gave out samples) versus the number of attendees at the fair/
expo. This fair is expected to have 2000+ attendees. I have searched
the forum for other threads on the topic of fairs/expos, but did not
find this information. Any other suggestions/advice are certainly
welcome :) Thank you!
