[Everything doTERRA] Re: Red Rash on face

The same thing happened to me. I had been using the oils for about 7
months when I started getting these red bumps on my face. I have never
had any issues with my skin. I finally went to see a dermatologist
about 1 month ago. I was diagnosed with Perioral Dermatitis. It's
called "Adult Acne". My dermatologist doesn't know what causes it. It
just happens. She said it is aggravated by things that make your body
"hot". Like alcohol, vinager, hot sauces, sun, citrus, atc. For me the
citrus is the worse. I can no longer use any of the citrus oils, which
I loved, ugh! I have done several yeast & zendocrine cleanses before
and currently am doing a zendocrine cleanse again. Zendocrine is good
for cleansing the skin, so I'm hopeing it will help. My derm
prescribed some stuff, that works very well. I hope I can introduce
the citrus oils again someday, as they have helped with my weight, and
now I'm not sure what to use. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON OTHER WEIGHT LOSS
OILS, OTHER THAN THE CITRUS?

Good luck to you!

The only thing I have been doing different for the last month is applying lemongrass daily over heart, and lemon.  Applying cypress, white fir, and wintergreen daily to my legs.  And citrus bliss just for the wonderful scent.  I did my first aromatouch on someone when I notice my face seem to break out more with these tiny blister like bumps.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing this, could it be Rosacea?  What can be done?  I love doTerra oils and would hate to stop using them, but I'm wondering if they are causing my face to break out for one reason or another.  Thanks.
