[Everything doTERRA] Re: hard to wake teen

I have a few doterra and non doterra suggestions. There is a Wake up
lamp on Amazon that gradually makes the room brighter to simulate
dawn. If you suspect she might have seasonal affective disorder the
blue lamps like Phillips goLite are supposed to work wonders. I would
also recommend diffusing or spritzing peppermint and wild orange 10min
before you wake her up. Slim & Sassy also helps wake you up. Also make
sure her room is comfortably warm when she wakes up, its no fun waking
up in the cold. For some people their blood sugar drops during the
night and they can benefit from eating a handful of nuts or an egg
right before bed. If she gets tired about 20 min. she may be
hypoglycimic, and coriander and cassia help to balance blood sugar
issues. Lastly the teenage brain is wired to wake up late and go to
bed late, it may help to see if using solace or the womens supplement
line to balance out horomones.
Good Luck!
