[Everything doTERRA] Re: hard to wake teen

I would look at the bedtime routine to see if you can make sure she is
involved in calming activities. I would diffuse the Serenity and or
apply it to her at night not in the morning.

How about placing the lotus in her room before she wakes and diffuse
peppermint? It is more invigorating and may help her.

Also I wonder about what school is like for her - does she enjoy it?
Missing the bus, being late, etc sounds more like a way of avoiding
something she doesn't like/is difficult or even harmful to her...

What does dd mean?
