PLEASE DO NOT PUT OILS DIRECTLY ON CATS!!!! especially  anywhere they
can lick... one diluted drop on the back of the neck maybe... but I
have direct experience with essential oil of rosemary in a spray
causing my cat extensive vomiting and frothing at the mouth and a call
to the ASPCA pet poison control line indicated that Rosemary,
lemongrass and tea tree (the ingredients my spray had) are all toxic
to cats...

I would use the spray on carpets to kill larvae and on dogs who are
not avid groomers -- but again only use the back of the neck and down
the spin where they cannot reach...

Cedar based bark mulch in your yard is the best flea control if you
have outdoor animals...

This comes up over and over... CATS cannot handle licking the oils!!!
Please don't do it!!!!
