[Everything doTERRA] Mould in Mulch

Hi, I've had a question from a lady who has recently found out that
she is allergic to the mould in the mulch in her garden (and has had a
cough that has lasted for 3 years!). I was wondering if spraying her
garden with some On Guard or Purify (mixed with water) may help to get
rid of the mould. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks,
